How does check-in & check-out work?
Hotel-B is a self-service hotel. Approximately 1 hour before check-in, you will receive a code via email or SMS, which you use to access the hotel and your room.
You can check in from 2:00 PM.
Check-out of the room must be completed by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
Is it possible to park?
Yes, there is free covered parking in the hotel’s courtyard.
Is it possible to purchase meals?
No. Hotel-B is a self-service hotel, and therefore, we do not have a restaurant. For guests staying in hotel rooms, you can use our communal kitchen and dining area if you prefer to prepare your own meals.
However, there is an option to purchase chips, snacks, sweets, and sodas.
Residents in our hotel apartments have their own kitchen with a dining area.
How do I get to the hotel?
The hotel’s address is Birkerød Kongevej 102 – 3460 Birkerød. You can easily reach it by car, and it is also conveniently accessible by bus and train.
It is approximately a 10-minute walk from Birkerød Station.
How often is the cleaning done?
The hotel rooms are cleaned once a week and upon check-out.
How do I get in touch with the staff? For example, in case of emergencies?

Is smoking allowed at Hotel-B?
No. Hotel-B is smoke-free. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or balcony in the hotel apartments.
Are corporate agreements available?
Yes. If you need to book accommodation for employees over an extended period or desire a consistent agreement for your staff’s stays, we would like to hear from you.
